I&#039;ll share an insider&#039;s tip as it relates to #10 salary negotiating - use the Business Expenditures to see Payroll Costs. Divide by number of employees and you will have a reasonable idea of &#039;average&#039; salary - works best with small to mid-size cos. - which is most of america!
