Ah bugger! It looks like the unemployment rates for countries around the world are reaching all time highs. The USA is seeing rates nearing 10%, as are The UK and Australia with the folks in many European countries such as Spain seeing unemployment rates of nearly 18%

At least you know that if your out of work then you are not alone. On the flip side, the fact that your not alone will probably not help you so much in your search for a new job.

Be it due to the media putting a positive spin on things or perhaps the faint glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel; the term ‘peaking at’ seems to be proceeding many of these new percentage figures so lets keep our fingers crossed that this will truly be the case.

Surely, it can’t get any worse can it?
